Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup edamame
1/4 cup chopped broccoli
1/4 cup strawberries
2 tbsp dressing (I chose sesame ginger dressing)
Directions:
-Cook/boil quinoa & edamame
-Sautee broccoli
-Mix all together and add dressing
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Cost: $7
