Use…
Whole eggs
2 egg whites in place of each egg
Butter, Shortening, or Oil
Applesauce
Butter
Mashed Banana
Canola Oil
Greek Yogurt
Whole Milk
Skim Milk
Cream
Plain nonfat yogurt
Sour Cream
Plain nonfat yogurt
Whipped Cream
Vanilla nonfat yogurt
All-purpose flour
Replace half with whole-wheat flour
Sugar
