Strawberry Mango Chia Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries
1 mango – peeled, pitted and chopped
1 banana
1 cup Greek yogurt 0%
1 tablespoons flax seed meal
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 handfuls of ice
2 teaspoons chia seeds

Directions:
1.     Place strawberries, mango, banana, yogurt, flax, ginger and cinnamon in a high speed blender and blend on high for 30-45 seconds.
2.     Add ice and puree until smooth.
3.     Sprinkle chia seeds in each glass before serving.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 banana, frozen
1 cup chopped fresh or frozen mango
1 cup chopped fresh or frozen pineapple
Optional: 1-2 packets Stevia
Optional: 1-2 scoops Amazing Greens

Directions:
1.     Blend everything well in a blender or Vitamix to your desired consistency. Add ice for an icier texture if using fresh fruit.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Kale, Spinach and Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup lite vanilla soy milk
1 heaping cup spinach leaves
1 heaping cup chopped kale leaves
1 frozen banana (quick tip – freeze them without the peels for quicker use)
1/2 granny smith apple
1 tsp honey


Directions:
1. Blend the spinach, kale, and vanilla soy milk on high in the blender until well blended without chunks.
2. Add the frozen banana, apple, and honey and blend to your desired consistency. 
Prep Time: 15 minutes
