Cauliflower Pizza



Ingredients:
1 tbsp Basil
1 large head of Cauliflower
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 eggs
1 cup pizza sauce
3 cups mozzarella cheese

Optional: 
Oregano
Parmesan cheese
Chicken
Spinach
Mushrooms
Onions

Total Time: 30 minutes

Directions:
-In a food processor, shred the head of cauliflower
-Cook the cauliflower in the microwave for about 1 minute
-Mix in eggs, garlic powder, mozzarella cheese and any other italian seasoning you'd like
-Lightly grease a baking pan and make mixture into a crust
-Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown
-Top with anything you'd like!
- Bake for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted

(Makes 2 8-inch pies)

  8. 13$ for this kind of a pie sounds like a real bang for the ole buck eh? as a big fan of pizza, this looks like something that may be a little different but worth giving a shot. i wish it were a brick oven pizza but i guess beggars cant be choosers..
